In this role, you will: - Design and deliver learning initiatives that directly support operational and strategic objectives - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and e-learning modules for a variety of audiences - Champion internal mobility and succession planning through structured development plans - Analyse current competencies and forecast future learning needs - Monitor outcomes, gather feedback, and use data to improve programmes - Maintain accurate learning records and ensure all activities meet regulatory and compliance requirements About you: We''re looking for someone who brings a proactive, people-first approach to LandD.
