Your role with us When you join us as the Senior Overseas Fire Safety Officer you''ll take responsibility for leading and conducting a fire safety operating model review, and implementing a new fire safety structure for our extensive overseas estate. Offering your knowledge, expertise and inspirational leadership to colleagues across the function as you develop a range of training and awareness campaigns to drive improvements in competence, you''ll also work proactively in our overseas networks to improve operational fire safety. In addition, we''ll expect you to develop assurance reporting processes for improved governance and oversight, and lead an overseas fire safety working group to help us deliver an innovative and supportive communications strategy.Your additional responsibilities will be many and varied, and include advising on the fire safety aspects of large overseas projects, tracking risk and progressing mitigations to an acceptable level, and reporting and escalating areas of operational concern.
