About the Role:
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Buckingham is looking for a skilled HLTA to support learning in Key Stage 2. Youandrsquo;ll deliver small group interventions and occasional whole-class cover, working closely with teachers and the SENCO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support learning in Year 5 and 6 through group and 1:1 support
• Deliver targeted catch-up interventions in maths and literacy
• Cover lessons during teacher PPA or absence
• Help implement EHCP strategies and classroom adaptations

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or extensive TA experience in upper KS2
• Confident leading lessons and managing behaviour
• Knowledge of SATs preparation and intervention strategies
