Your Role as a Technical Business Development Manager:

• You''ll be responsible for growing and developing the customer base within the Midlands.
• Focusing exclusively on the social housing, local authority, and housing association space.
• Selling a specialist range of solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging solutions.
• The role is a nice blend of new business and account management.
• Responsible for your own diary management.

Ideal Background for the Technical Business Development Manager:

• Above all, you''ll have proven B2B sales experience.
• You need to be familiar with the selling process involved when selling to the local authority and social housing environment.
• Able to build credibility and manage a territory.
• Being personable and memorable.
• A full driver''s licence.
• Right to work in the UK indefinitely as sponsorship will not be provided.

• 20+ years industry experience.
• Seeking a driven and determined sales professional with proven knowledge of social and LA selling.

The Package for the Technical Business Development Manager:

• -45,000 - -65,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• EBITDA related bonus, - 25% of salary
