Our client, a well-established and values-driven housing organisation, is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Finance Manager to support the Director of Finance during a period of transition and transformation. This is a hands-on role leading core financial operations while driving process improvement, assurance, and compliance. The role is 50/50 Hybrid with an expectation of 2-3 days in lovely, well-appointed offices, based in Greater Manchester. 

• Financial Leadership: Support the Finance Director to lead day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes
• Statutory Reporting: Oversee statutory reporting, internal and external audit preparation, and financial compliance
• Operational Oversight:  Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organisation
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and implement effective risk management frameworks.
• Tax and Treasury: Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, and Corporation Tax, and manage treasury operations

• Qualifications: CCAB-qualified accountant with a proven track record in financial leadership.?
• Expertise:  Track record in managing financial operations, reporting, and assurance in regulated environments
• ?Skills: Excellent communicator and natural mentoring and leadership abilities.?
• Attributes: Proactive and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement.?
