Tradewind Education is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in inclusive and welcoming primary schools across Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting pupils with a range of learning needs across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs

• Assist class teachers with the delivery of lessons and classroom management

• Promote an inclusive learning environment and positive pupil engagement

• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and SENCOs

• Support children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs where required

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting

• A genuine passion for education and supporting children''s development

• Calm, patient and adaptable with strong communication skills

• Knowledge of SEN strategies and experience supporting children with EHCPs is highly desirable

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
