Working within the growing Litigation team, collaborating on high-value and complex cases. Supervising the department, with support from the Managing Partner helping to develop and expand our client base through successful case outcomes and business development initiatives. Litigation Solicitor - Experience You will have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of litigation, including civil, commercial, probate and property disputes. Experience in handling a variety of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, landlord/tenant disputes and debt recovery. 1+ years PQE in litigation, with proven experience managing a caseload
