My client is a well established regional main contractor delivering a variety of Healthcare, Educational and Residential projects valued up to roughly -15m, operating across the South. The role covers East Sussex/SE London and Kent.

The role is to assist with the development of their rapidly growing construction team.

Roles may include but not limited to:

• Lead and manage all phases of projects from inception including design to completion
• Maintaining effective and long-term relationships with clients
• Manage staff including Site Managers, Design Managers, Arhcitects and other stakeholders
• Manage the programs for various sites under your individual remit
• Identifying potential risks associated with contracts and developing mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts
• Visit site teams and clients to ensure good communication among the various stakeholders
