Deputy Manager - Children''s Residential Home Location: Crediton, Devon Salary: 34,944 Hours: 40 hours per week Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established children''s residential home in Crediton, looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager from a residential or supported living background, or a motivated Senior Support Worker with a Level 3 qualification ready to take the next step into management. The Role Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will support the day-to-day operational management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are consistently met. You will play a key role in leading and developing the staff team while ensuring children and young people receive safe, nurturing, and person-centred care. This is a structured full-time role consisting of:2 x Admin Days: Flexible start and end times2 x 12 hour Shift Days to support the team1 weekend per monthSleep-ins only when required to meet the needs of the home ( 70 per sleep-in, paid in addition to your hourly rate)Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Registered Manager with the overall running of the homeLeading, motivating, and supervising the residential care teamEnsuring safeguarding procedures are robust and consistently followedContributing to care planning, risk assessments, and rev
