Pertemps Reading are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to work with a Self-Storage company based in Bracknell.

Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 17:00 | 1 Saturday & Sunday each month

Customer Sales Advisors are responsible for ensuring customers consistently receive high levels of service. They provide day-to-day assistance to customers and contribute to the overall cleanliness appearance and overall effectiveness of the operation.

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Dealing with sales enquiries from customers over the phone and face-to-face
• Contributing to the achievement of store financial targets
• Identifying and quantifying the potential available from each customer for increasing occupancy and revenue
• Responding effectively to diverse customer needs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience upselling services and products
• Confidence working in a small team environment with lone working
• Effective listening skills when communicating with customers
• Great customer service skills
