The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical installation background alongside experience in lecturing, training or assessing apprentices. You will also hold a recognised teaching or assessing qualification.

In this role you will deliver both classroom and workshop-based training, assess student progress, support apprentices in their learning journey, and work closely with employers to ensure training meets industry needs.

The Role:
*Delivering and assessing Electrical Installation Training
*Supporting apprentices through their learning and development
*Working with small class sizes to ensure high-quality training
*Monday to Friday role with a strong focus on learner success

The Person:
*Electrical installation background (Level 3)
*Experience in lecturing, training or assessing
*Must hold a teaching or assessing qualification
*Passionate about developing the next generation of electricians
