Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our support staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton andamp; Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex.

We are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistants and Support Staff for roles starting from September in the Peacehaven area. Positions are available for both day-to-day cover and longer-term assignments, with part-time and full-time flexibility.

Whether you''re an experienced classroom assistant or someone with a passion for supporting children''s learning and development, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of primary school settings and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
• Assist with classroom preparation and general administrative tasks
• Help foster a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, caring, and flexible approach
• A current, enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
