You will provide strategic commercial guidance to a growing medium sized organisation based on the outskirts of Leeds. We are looking for a task and people orientated leader for this opportunity. As Head of FPandA, you will work with the Management Team to provide the Board with high quality, insightful management information to both aid and influence the decision-making process; helping it to achieve its growth objectives. Your daily responsibilities will include: Managing and collaborating with a team of business partners to deliver robust plans and forecasts. Managing the day-to-day operations of Group forecasting, planning, and corporate reporting processes. Preparing and evaluating revenue line PL''s on a monthly basis to improve profitability and performance with the team. Providing guidance, reviewing inputs, and offering insights while challenging assumptions. Creating high-quality monthly board packs for the Group FC and CFO presenting plans, forecasts, and actual results in an insightful manner that drives actions at the board level. Working with the management team to review monthly performance against budget and determine necessary actions to be taken as a result. The data driven analysis should include financial and non
