Working closely with the Head Chef, you will plan and deliver well-balanced menus that make the most of fresh, seasonal ingredients. You will oversee the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.You will also be responsible for stock control, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate temperature and safety records.
