The farm includes both livestock and crops and is part of the Oxford Green Estate, which supports farming, environmental projects, and agricultural research. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will be responsible for keeping the farm running smoothly. You will oversee livestock and crop production, manage staff and contractors, and ensure the farm operates safely and efficiently.
