This is a key leadership role with a strong focus on governance, financial sustainability, commercial insight, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:Lead medium and long-term financial planning to align with strategic goalsDeliver robust financial reporting to senior leadership and the BoardManage monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flowOversee payroll, pensions, and procurement processesEnsure statutory compliance and lead on audit and risk managementProvide financial modelling for bids and support income generationImprove financial systems (currently SAGE) and drive digital integrationManage and develop a small finance teamEssential Criteria:Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP and charity accounting regulationsStrong experience in financial and management reportingProven track record in audits, statutory accounts, and regulatory complianceExperience with payroll and pensions administrationDesirable:Familiarity with SAGE systemsStrong communicat
