Working closely with the HR Operations Manager, you''ll take ownership of employee relations casework, provide first line HR advice to managers and employees, and coordinate recruitment activity across a range of roles.You''ll also act as the HRIS point of contact, support monthly HR reporting, and provide cross cover for payroll when required.
