You ll combine hands-on care with leadership and quality assurance responsibilities to maintain the highest standards of care across the service. Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. Provide day-to-day supervision and support to Care Assistants. Manage medication safely including administration, review, ordering, and collection. Complete and review care plans, risk assessments, and daily documentation. Conduct spot checks, competency reviews, and supervisions. Support new staff from induction through to shadowing. Manage and support the on-call
