What You''ll Be Doing: Supervising pupils during lessons, managing behaviour effectively to ensure students remain on task and engaged with the pre-set work. Employing strong classroom management techniques to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere. Fostering a positive and respectful learning environment. Assisting pupils with their work and answering questions where appropriate, without acting as a subject teacher. Following school policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of all students. Providing feedback on classroom activities to the regular class teacher. Who We''re Looking For: An individual with proven experience in a classroom or similar educational setting. A professional with excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. A strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and command respect from pupils.
