The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable process, accurately input data relating to purchase and expense invoices, manage and reconcile supplier accounts, deal with queries and arrange payments to suppliers. Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigating price and quantity differencesReceiving, scanning and recording supplier and intercompany invoices, matching invoices to orders and posting to the appropriate supplier accountsTimely management of purchase invoice and payment queries, updating tickets, liaising with suppliers and proactively seeking resolution through internal communication channelsGenerating payment runs and raising manual payments as requiredPerforming monthly and ad-hoc supplier statement reconciliationsSetting up and maintaining supplier accountsRecording purchase card spend and reconciliationsHighlighting recurring issues and process improvement
