A fantastic opportunity to work with an award wining Head Chef and raise your profile.Sous Chef Job RoleThis is a hands-on role, with the support of the Executive Head Chef, the role will lean in to the events and functions side of the operation, but also support the restaurant.Successful candidates will have previous Sous Chef or junior sous chef experience in quality fresh food kitchens, ideally within a hotel operation. Along with good communication, kitchen supervisory and team leadership skills. Above all, a passion to deliver great food using the best South West produce and suppliers.
