While you''ll hold a PA1 and PA6 and be happy to jump on the sprayer when needed, your main focus will be on:Plan, schedule, and coordinate all spray applications across the sites.Supporting and overseeing a small team of sprayer operators (3-4 people)Assist with spraying as needed.Ensure all applications are carried out in line with compliance and best practice.Maintain accurate spray records and chemical inventory.Ensure all equipment is correctly maintained and calibrated. About You:You''ll hold PA1 and PA6. PA9 would be advantageous, but training and support can be given.Previous experience in a spraying roleConfident planning, scheduling, and managing workload across multiple sites.Organised, practical, and happy to step in and support as needed.Flexible to work longer hours during peak periods.
