NEW opportunity to join a leading ''Top 100'' law firm in their tier 1 ranked banking and finance team in Cardiff. The firm is recruiting a Banking and Finance Solicitor to bolster their thriving team and be based in central offices in Cardiff.The highly ranked team advises banks and financial institutions and borrowers on all areas of banking and finance, including acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated finance, property investment and development finance, and renewable energy finance. The team operates regionally and nationally across sectors including sport, hospitality and leisure, renewables, healthcare, real estate and the public sector.You will join a team recognised as a leading banking and finance practice in the regional market, with opportunities to work closely with senior lawyers who are experts in their field. A junior lawyer will have the chance to develop their career in this environment.A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer together with flexible hybrid working.Responsibilities

Advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers on banking and finance matters, including acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated finance, property investment and development finance, and renewable energy finance.Supporting a broad client base across sectors such as sport, hospitality and leisure, renewables, healthcare, real estate and the public sector.Qualifications

NUQ - 2 PQE, ideally gained at a similarly ranked firm.Willingness to specialise in banking and finance; experience in other transactional areas considered if there is a genuine interest to specialise.Strong academic credentials and client-facing abilities with a proactive, team-oriented approach.Benefits
