Roles and Responsibilities Design of both bespoke and standard control panels, as well as electrical installation schematics, for a variety of wastewater treatment projects Create detailed electrical schematics, 2D layouts, and wiring diagrams for control panels, compliant with customer specifications and industry standards using CAD software for electrical design (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into new machinery Interfacing with different internal and external stakeholders Support the panel assembly team during build and testing phases of control panels Document design revisions, support DCNs (Design Change Notices), and participate in design reviews Support the commissioning team to ensure successful FAT and SAT Ideal Candidate Solid understanding of low-voltage motor control panel design You will be proficient in CAD software for electrical design (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar) Experience with machine safety and functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 13849) Completed a formal qualification in an Engineering discipline Able to demonstrate a practical approach to engineering to develop cost effective solution that meet customer requirements You will have good verbal and written
