The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join a well-established manufacturing company as warehouse operatives working a day shift in Rushden. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a strong work ethic who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the warehouse supervisor.

Key responsibilities will be

• Picking up to 1-20kg of products.
• Scanning using a scan gun.
• Load boxes from rollers onto trailers into the lorry.
• Packing and despatching.
• General warehouse duties.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
