The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their London-based commercial team, working on fast-track commercial fit-out schemes. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, protecting commercial margins, and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring financial performance and contractual compliance throughout each project. This is a part-time freelance position (2 3 days per week) running until the end of 2026.
