With a strong international presence and a reputation for excellence, they continue to set industry standards and inspire creativity across their sector.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Strategy and GovernanceOwn the global POS strategy, standards, and governance; ensure consistency with brand guidelines and local regulations.Prioritise markets/retailers based on revenue potential, store economics, and operational readiness.Design and ToolingCreate a scalable "kit of parts" (signage, fixtures, demo bays, sample panels, shelf talkers, end-caps).Deliver retailer-specific planograms and install guides; manage content localisation.Partner with Creative Services to keep assets on-brand and easy to update.Retailer ProgrammesCo-design programmes with key accounts to fit footprints and shopper journeys.Align promo calendars, launches, and seasonal refreshes with inventory and staffing.Operations and LogisticsOversee manufacturing, kitting, warehousing, and last-mile install/remove.Maintain an
