You will be responsible for the management and successful delivery of energy and civils projects across the UK, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple energy sector projects including onshore wind, battery storage, substations, and associated civils. Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Monitor project performance, prepare progress reports, and deliver client updates. Identify opportunities for innovation, cost savings, and value engineering. Mentor and support site teams to achieve project objectives. About You Proven experience delivering civil engineering projects. Prior experience working on energy-related projects (e.g., onshore wind, battery storage, substations).
