Customer Services Advisor

Our respected housing authority client is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join their team and provide outstanding support to our customers. In this role, you''ll handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure follow-up actions are completed to provide timely and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively.Take ownership of follow-up tasks to ensure issues are fully resolved.Provide excellent service and support to customers, ensuring satisfaction. Skills and Experience: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on actions.A customer-focused attitude with attention to detail. This onsite role based in Ballymena requiring an urgent start. The role is projected to last until thre end of December and is paying £13.26 per hour. The hours of work are variable Monday - Sunday (40 hours per week). This is an urgent requirement, and applications will be reviewed as they are received.
