Key Responsibilities:Provide the highest level of proactive account management support to our clients while ensuring that we keep income attrition/loss on existing accounts.Cross-selling and up selling services to existing partner accountsWork with and support the Director and Head of Business Development generate income from new opportunitiesNegotiate ongoing contract partnerships with accounts that have been allocated to the positionEnsure that we maintain income margins at agreed levelsLead on allocated client account activities - launching new reporting services, issuing rewards, guiding on use of IP, supporting clients to optimise service performance, and briefing and working on marketing campaign implementation team. Support Directors with monthly income forecasting.Requirements:End- to-end Account Management Experience.
