We are looking for a Van driver to work from Colchester for a Manufacturing and Production company on an adhoc temporary basis, meaning the days and hours required will be varied. This is for local and regional deliveries.Your general duties will include:- Assisting to load the van at the depot- Ensure you know the route and Checking the paperwork- Driving following the highway code- Customer-facing when arriving at a drop- Unloading the van in a safe mannerThe ideal Van driver candidate:- Full UK driver''s licence, no points- Over 25 due to insurance restrictions- Physically fit and healthy to complete manual handling tasksPay rate and working hours:- Pay will be 12.50ph - Hours will vary depending on work load, mainly early starts from 6am.
