Responsibilities: Deliver tailored support under the direction of the SENCo to meet the needs of pupils with autism and behavioural issues. Helping maintain a calm, and structured learning environment using effective behaviour management strategies. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs. Help pupils stay engaged in class by adapting resources and tasks as needed. Promote inclusion and support students'' emotional and academic development. Assist students in developing independence, organisation, and confidence. Requirements: A minimum Level 3 qualification (essential). Experience working in an
