IT Support Analyst

This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a UK wide publishing firm at their Central London office near Waterloo. This role is 100% office based and pays £40,000.
To be considered for this position, you will be a confident and outgoing individual with a passion for IT and a positive can-do-attitude.
Working with the IT Manager and another IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line BAU user remote and onsite support for circa 250 UK users. Although the role will be based at the HQ in Central London, there will be infrequent requirements to visit the other 12 sites on an ad-hoc basis.
To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience with supporting and managing a mixed IT environment:
Windows 10 and 11 and Apple Mac’sGoogle Workspace and/or Office 365Active Directory / Azure ADNetworks and VPN’sSome Windows Server / AzureWorking in the publishing sector, my client has an excellent reputation and a strong consumer following. This will be an exciting role giving you full exposure to the complete IT infrastructure and the chance to work on rollout and implementation projects.
Based in Central London they are within walking distance of Waterloo, Southwark and Blackfriars stations. This role is a 35-hour working week that is full-time in the office.
