Innova Search is recruiting for a Head of Engineering to join a prestigious, Tier-1 heavy engineering and defence partner with a multi-century heritage in British engineering. This is a rare opportunity to take a high-profile leadership seat within a dedicated team responsible for a critical, long-term programme. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical interface for the customer. You will be responsible for the entire engineering lifecycle of complex mechanical systems, from initial concept and design through to manufacturing, installation, and final commissioning.
