Sheridan Maine is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead client relationships and deliver exceptional service at an accountancy firm in West Midlands. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

You will oversee a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities as Senior Client Manager:

- Manage and develop relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate value and insights.
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver client projects successfully.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service improvements.
- Resolve complex client issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior client managers.

- Prepare detailed reports and updates for clients and senior management.

The successful Senior Client Manager must possess:

- Proven experience in client management or account leadership roles.
