A leading food manufacturer is looking for flexible Machine Operators to work on a production line in its modern, automated, and clean site based in Burton-on-Trent.Paying from 15.84- 16.50 per hour + up to 29.80 per hour for overtime shifts.Working on a 4 over 5 12 hrs shift pattern - variable depending on requirementThe contract is on-going for at least 6 months for the right candidate with permanent opportunities.Your Main Duties Will IncludeRunning machinery/equipment to meet targetsQuality checking the productCollecting data from the line and recording it accuratelyEnsuring the production area meets strict hygiene standardsPackaging the productAlways acting safely and within the site rulesYou should be flexible, quality conscious, and can problem solve. You will be able to communicate with others effectively and work well within a team.The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience in a Manufacturing/Production role, however training will be given.Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro-rota for the first 12 weeks, and 33 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays).
