This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on a globally recognised brand at the forefront of its industry.What You ll Be Doing Optimising and improving manufacturing processes with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency across machining operations.Leading and supporting Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives from waste reduction to process standardisation and shop floor optimisation.Managing and contributing to New Product Introduction (NPI) and localisation projects, ensuring seamless handover from design to production.Ensuring full compliance with EHS and ISO standards, supporting audits, and promoting strong 5S and change management practices.Delivering hands-on, data-driven process engineering support, using analytical tools and systems to identify and implement impactful improvements.
