Salary: £110 - £150 per day

Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time or flexible hours, we’ll work with your schedule to find a role that suits your needs.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining learning in the absence of the classroom teacher. While lesson plans will be provided, it’s your responsibility to:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Keep students engaged, focused, and on task

• Support the learning of all students, offering guidance where needed

• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues

• Be flexible and ready to step into different classes or departments as needed

You won’t need to plan lessons or mark work, but you’ll need to be confident managing a classroom and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• CACHE Level 2/3 or a minimum of 6 months classroom or youth-based experience

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Confidence working with students aged 11 to 16+

• A flexible, proactive approach to your work

• Ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff
