This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for baking and preparing high-quality homemade dishes within a friendly and supportive team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce a full range of baked goods, including cakes, traybakes, cookies, and pastries using set recipesPrepare fresh meals such as pasta dishes, salads, seasonal soups, and other main menu itemsMaintain high standards across all food production, ensuring consistency and qualityFollow excellent food safety and hygiene practicesMonitor and report stock levelsKeep the kitchen clean, organised, and aligned with weekly task lists and cleaning schedulesSupport the wider kitchen team with basic food preparation, cleaning duties, and dishwashing as requiredAbout YouThe ideal candidate will:Have experience in baking or cooking within a professional environment, or be able to demonstrate strong competencyHold a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificateBe positive, reliable, and able to work well in a teamBe organised and capable of meeting deadlinesHave excellent attention to detailContribute to a positive and collaborative working atmosphereWorking Hours and Benefits5 days per week (However Flexible), daytime hoursFlexible shift
