Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Energi People is a leading independent recruitment agency specialising in providing staff for the construction and engineering markets. Having in-depth knowledge of the civil/structural, building services and construction markets we are able to supply personnel at all levels to technical organizations on both a permanent and contract basis.

We are looking for trainee recruitment consultants to join our busy team.  Your role will be to build long lasting relationships with our clients and source high level qualified candidates matching our client’s briefs.

No previous recruitment experience is required, however previous experience in telephone based sales roles will be looked upon favouribly.

The successful applicants will have the following:

• Strong Educational background
• The ability and confidence to speak to candidates and clients all varying levels
• Be a quick learner and be able to think on your feet and make quick decisions
• Desire to push themselves and a keenness to learn new skills and sales techniques
• Strong IT Literacy
• A desire to have a financially rewarding career
• Be able to work well within a team environment
• A desire to have a structured career path and quick progression within a fastpaced environment
