We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Housing Repairs Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and management of repairs across our housing stock. You will be responsible for ensuring that repair requests are handled efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and tenants are kept fully informed throughout the process. This is a crucial role within the Responsive Repairs Team, requiring strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
