With a culture built on collaboration, quality, and delivery, they are seeking a skilled Planner to strengthen their pre-construction and project delivery team.

The Role
The Planner will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from tender stage through to completion. Working closely with the pre-construction, commercial, and operations teams, you will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating detailed programmes that ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project programmes at tender and live stages.

• Provide accurate progress reports and forecasts for management and clients.

• Work closely with pre-construction teams to develop tender programmes.

• Identify and manage risks, delays, and opportunities within project schedules.

• Attend client meetings, presenting programme information and progress updates.

• Use planning software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6) to produce and update programmes.

• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Planner within the construction sector.

• Strong understanding of construction processes across a variety of sectors.

• Proficiency in Asta Powerproject (Primavera P6 also beneficial).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
