They are looking for a contracts manager who is able to understand projects scopes and effectively manage a team to deliver said projectsResponsibilities

Communicate with customer to ensure they are informed throughout the install processDeal with contractual issues and changes to project scopeManage workload and tasks of the project and site teamMaximise profits through effective project planning and deliveryAssist in improvements for work-flow processes and system operationsQualifications

Are experienced in managing a team for fit-out projectsHave knowledge of JCT/NEC contractsHave a clean driving licenceAre able to effectively manage tasks and delegate when necessaryBenefits
