About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Design/Technical Coordinator to join our high-performing team, working on a flagship residential development in Acton. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering one of London''s most anticipated residential projects.

You\''ll be working directly with a reputable 5-star residential developer, reporting to the Technical Manager, and taking the lead on reviewing and approving internal and external design packages throughout the build process.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, review, and approve design and technical drawings for internal and external packages

Liaise closely with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure design intent is met

Ensure technical information is accurate, timely, and in line with project programme and regulatory requirements

Support the site team by resolving design-related queries and technical issues during construction

Maintain up-to-date records of approvals, RFIs, and revisions across all design packages

Assist with buildability reviews, value engineering opportunities, and compliance with NHBC/Building Regulations

About You

Proven experience in a Senior Design Coordinator or Technical Coordinator role within residential construction (developer or main contractor background preferred)

Strong technical knowledge of high-density residential developments

Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning requirements

Competent in reviewing architectural, structural, and MandE design packages

Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
