About the Role

As Head of Software Engineering, you will shape the technical vision and engineering strategy for our global payments infrastructure. You''ll lead a team of engineering managers and senior developers across multiple regions, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions that support millions of transactions daily.

You''ll work closely with Product, Architecture, Compliance, and Operations to ensure our technology meets the highest standards - from regulatory compliance to real-time performance.
