Location: Middleton Department: Finance Credit Team Reporting to: Credit Manager/Head of Transactions Type: Full-time Hybrid following training What You ll Be Doing: Take full ownership of your own customer portfolio Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone and email Meet and exceed monthly cash collection and aged debt reduction targets Investigate and resolve payment queries efficiently to minimise delays Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness of ledgers Collaborate with internal teams and regularly meet key clients alongside Sales and Invoicing Maintain accurate records in our finance system (Navision) Contribute ideas to improve credit processes and performance What We re Looking For: Credit control experience in a busy B2B environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Professional and confident dealing with clients and colleagues Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook skills Team player with a positive, proactive mindset Car owner/driver essential Nice to Have: Experience with Navision or simila
