Job description Job: Electrician Area: Waltham Forest Salary: 43,000 Role: Social housing reactive maintenance works My client, a leading social housing contractor are currently seeking an Electrician to come on board for their housing reactive maintenance contracts. This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Waltham Forest. Duties include: Electrical installation Testing and inspection Diagnose malfunctioning systems Training apprentices Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers and other components Requirements: Level 3 Electrical qualification 18th edition 2391 (Testing and inspection) Social housing experience UK Driving licence 1 year experience in social housing 3 years'' Electrical experience On Offer: Salary up to 43,000 Company van and fuel card 24 days holiday + bank holidays Life assurance of 4x salary
