Estates Support Officer Location: Northamptonshire Salary: £25,110 £27,400 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, full time Think FE are proud to be recruiting for a respected college in Northamptonshore, who are looking for a reliable, hands-on Estates Support Officer to join their estates team. This role is essentially a caretaker/handyman position working across a large site so you ll be comfortable with practical tasks and ready to show initiative. What will you be doing? Preparing and setting up the college site for events (furniture moving, rearranging rooms, signage, etc) Carrying out general site duties: refuse collection across the large campus and occasional duties at other local campuses Performing routine maintenance tasks: changing light bulbs, fixing leaky taps, minor carpentry/plumbing/electrical adjustments Escalating more complex issues promptly to the helpdesk You will work as part of a team, supporting the Estates Manager and colleagues to ensure the site is safe, functional, and welcoming What will you need?
