RSR are currently recruiting for an experienced law enforcement professional to work as a Project/Research Coordinator on a full-time, long-term contract based in Blackpool, Lancashire Please be advised, this role is office based, so applicants must be prepared to travel to and work from Blackpool. The role is paying 14.85p per hour (PAYE) Main purpose of the role: To coordinate the management of the force''s Organised Crime Group Mapping (OCGM) process and GENGA partnership network to assist in delivering a 4 point (Prevent, Protect, Pursue and Prepare) approach to tackle serious and organised crime across the county. Key Responsibilities : Manage effectively and efficiently the OCGM process for the BCU. To integrate all material received from internal and external partner organisations to ensure accurate reflection of the current OCG threat and map. Conduct reviews of the OCG database to ensure an impartial approach to OCG mapping, consistency and an accurate reflection of the harm posed by an OCG is met. To be the local SPOC for receiving GENGA referrals in the respective BCU and assist in generating referrals from partner organisations. Assist in organising local GENGA multi-agency meetings and providing support to the chair of each partnership with agenda planning, reports and briefings.
