OverviewElectrical Maintenance Engineer - Canning Town, East London - Up to £45,000 Per Annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Canning Town, East London. I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large private luxury residential development situated by Canning Town, East London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out MandE/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this static single person high end residential site looking after all landlord areas.

Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast''s, Control panel, Power distribution)

Emergency lighting

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

Chillers - Re-set

Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot and Cold)

Daikin VRV servicing.

Apartment FCU servicing

HIU Maintenance (Training Provided)

General building fabric

The client is looking for 1 X Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

HoursMonday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)

Requirements

Electrically or Mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

City and Guilds/NVQ Level 2and3

A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance

Excellent customer service skills

Happy to cover a large site

Ideally experience in High End Residential

Honest, hard working and reliable

Package

Up to £45,000 per annum

Overtime available

25 days holiday+ BH
